Caleb Walker is not my name. I once had a terrific black lab mix named Caleb, and I used to walk with him every night and think. I did most of the hard work on my masters thesis while walking Caleb. Anyway, when I was looking for a domain name I liked the idea of a name domain, but I wasn't feeling egotistical enough to use my own. And rather than make up a name I began to look for one with a double meaning. I'm happy with calebwalker, and it's easy for those who knew Caleb to remember. I considered writing the whole blog from this fictional person's viewpoint, but I didn't have a really good reason for doing something so self-consiously clever. So I write as me. A character named Caleb does appear in some fictional stories I post here.

One more thing: I can't figure out how to make this page use the template for my main page. So, yeah, it looks poopy.
